INGREDIENTS:
One leek
One carrot
Rice - 1 cup
Minced meat - 17 oz
Greens - 15 leaves
One vegetable soup cube
Salt - to taste
Spices - to taste
Paprika - 1 table spoon
Flour - 1 table spoon
Oil for stew vegetables - by need

PREPARATION:
Cut the leek in small pieces and put it in a pot and fry until it becomes soft. Put grated carrot in same pot and continue with stewing adding some water. After that add minced meat, mix it with carrot and leek, put crumbled soup cube and stew for 5 more minutes. Add previously washed rice and spices and stew it for 2 more minutes. Finished filling remove from stove and leave it to cool down. Put the greens into hot water for 30 minutes until leaves become soft.
Stronger parts of leaf root cut out to make leaf flexible. Arrange leaves at a bottom of the pot for cooking rolls.Two leaves place on your hand and put filling just enough to completely roll leaves. After rolling arrange it in pot. Do it for all filling. When it is finished pour water to the edge of pot and cover them with last few leaves. Cook it in oven on 390 F for about 2 hours.

Instead of water you can use tomato juice. At the almost end of cooking, pour 1/2 cup of oil in a little pot and heat it to boiling. Add one table spoon of flour, mix it and add one table spoon of paprika and mix it all together. Browned flour pour into pot with rolls of greens, mix it and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve green rolls with sour cream.
