CheeseCake (cheaper one)

This is the cheaper version of cheesecake and is much better if you don`t want to buy mascarpone cheese which is pretty expensive. There are almost no differences in taste. Fruits, which you will use for this cheesecake, is mater of your taste and choice. Preparation process is pretty easy, and by the way, with ordinary cheese it will be very cheap. Well. after all, famous cheesecake could be part of your table.
Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS:
For Crust:
Crumbled biscuit - 12 oz
Margarine - 3 oz
Milk - 1 cup

For Filling:
Cheese or cheese cream - 20 oz
Sour cream - 2 cups
Caster sugar - 2 cups
Gelatin - 3 packs
Vanilla sugar - 3 packs

For Dressing:
Frozen fruits - to choice
Sugar - 1 cup
Gelatin - 3 packs

PREPARATION:
Let the margarine to stay for one hour on room temperature. Mix it with mixer and add biscuit and milk and knead it all together. Put it into the mold to make crust for cheesecake.
Separately, mix the cheese, sour cream, caster sugar and vanilla sugar. Put 12 table spoons of water into pot and pour gelatin. Mix it and leave it for five minutes to rise. When gelatin becomes thick heat it to melting point with mixing during melting. Pour it into filling of cheese. Mix it all together. Prepared filling for cheesecake pour onto the crust.
Put the frozen fruits into the pot and mix it with sugar. Heat it on burner, mixing it until fruits become soft. Prepare gelatin as mentioned above (with 12 tablespoons of water). Prepared gelatin put into the fruits, mix it well and dress filling cream of cheese. Coll the cheesecake down in the refrigerator for the whole night. In the morning, put down the mold and start with eating. I believe you will enjoy.
